Solution Acceleration

The Scaled Markets team has decades of experience building innovative, web-based services and applications for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 firms. We employ a lean, continuous-innovation process called Continuous Value Delivery that balance speed with cost-efficiency.

The foundation of our Solution Acceleration service is a three-phase business-driven approach that focuses first on clarity around the value proposition and ensures that there is a foundation for further development. After validation is achieved, the emphasis is on service extension to create a platform with maximum customer value. Finally, the emphasis is on scale management and more strategic enhancements which may range from API development to 3rd party integration.

The key idea behind Solution Acceleration is balancing business value against cost and speed. Our clients can shape and re-shape direction based on new learnings at any point in the development effort.

Rapid Validation

Rapid Validation is a lean, 6-8 week effort that involves discovery and design workshops, rapid prototyping and the development of key platform services that can validate the business premise. This step involves key stakeholders from marketing and technology areas.

Lean Extension

The Lean Extension stage is an iterative approach to adding service and platform functionality in order to extend and strengthen the underlying value proposition. The key objective here is an accelerated series of development cycles, typically 2-weeks in length each, in which new sets of capabilities are added to the platform. At the end of this stage, customers have a fully-functioning platform which is assured to deliver business value.
